EVOO Chocolate Bread with Sea Salt Flakes and La Chinata EVOO

This week we dust off one of the culinary classics that will undoubtedly awaken more than one childhood memory with the classic toasted bread with chocolate and Virgin Olive Oil. But this time, we are going to make a version in which we will add a more gourmet touch with a selection of top quality products and a finish with La Chinata Salt Flakes. A simple and traditional recipe in which the careful selection of high quality products make the difference. 

INGREDIENTS

– Town or loaf bread

Chocolate with Extra Virgin Olive Oil La Chinata

Sea Salt Flakes La Chinata

Extra Virgin Olive Oil La Chinata

ELABORATION

  1. We will make some slices of bread, they can be toasted or not, to taste.
  2. In a container, we pour the chopped chocolate to melt it, and we will do it either in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
  3. Once we have the chocolate cream, we spread it on the bread, and we finish it with a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and the Salt Flakes.

A simple preparation with which we obtain a whole flavor experience for the senses.
