- On the one hand, we have a bonbon covered in white chocolate and with a green fcolour inside thanks to its matcha tea and lime ganache filling. A delicious snack with a citric touch.
- On the other hand, there is a chocolate bonbon with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It is a delicate bite of the finest dark chocolate filled with ganache in which a light vanilla aroma can be perceived.
- Finally, it includes two Black Olive Sweets, elaborated with EVOO base and black olive pulp.
INGREDIENTS
White Chocolate Bonbon with Extra Virgin Olive Oil (23.8%) and Matcha Tea: white chocolate (cocoa 25%) (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, emulsifier (soy lecithin), flavour), extra virgin olive oil, matcha tea (1.9%), lime flavour.
Black Olive Sweet: sugar, olive cream (black olive (50%), olive oil, garlic, spices), glucose syrup, water, humectant (sorbitol), thickener (pectin), acidulant (citric acid), preservative (E-202, E-200).
Bombón de Chocolate con Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra (10%): cobertura de chocolate negro (cacao 70%) (pasta de cacao, azúcar, manteca de cacao, aroma de vainilla), nata (nata, milk desnatada en polvo, almidón de maíz, emulgente (E-471), estabilizante (E-407, E-412), glucosa, manteca de cacao, aceite de oliva virgen extra.
