Oxtail Stew ‘Córdoba Style’
La Chinata Oxtail is one of the dishes that we launch to enjoy a traditional recipe without having to cook it. It is a delicious combination of top-quality oxtail and La Chinata red wine, together with a set of fresh vegetables and spices and EVOO from our own harvest, all cooked following the purest traditional style.
The result is a natural gourmet dish that keeps all its aroma and flavour. We recommend pairing it with our La Chinata red wine.
Oxtail (70%), red wine (sulphites), vegetables in variable proportion (carrot, zucchini, leek, green pepper), water, extra virgin olive oil, onion, brandy, salt, corn starch, aroma, spices.

Water bath: heat without opening the container for 15 minutes, then let sit. When opening, help yourself with a cloth to avoid splashing.
Microwave: Empty the content into a microwave-safe container and heat for approximately 3 minutes at full power.
Stove: empty the contents into a pot and heat slowly.
Store in a cool and dry place. Keep away from light and heat sources. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use immediately.
