We spoke with Enrique Caba and Ivonne Ramírez, owners of the recently inaugurated Oleoteca La Chinata located in the Plaza Río 2 Shopping Center, on Calle Antonio López nº 109 in Madrid
Enrique Caba and Ivonne Ramírez are the owners of the new La Chinata Oleoteca located in the Plaza Río 2 Shopping Center, at 109 Antonio López street in Madrid, which was inaugurated on October 20.
On the one hand, Enrique Caba, born in Venezuela, has a degree in Business Administration and has more than 20 years of experience in multinational companies, market leaders in the area of Financial Planning and Accounting.
The business will be managed together with his partner Ivonne Ramírez, an Industrial Engineer, with more than 15 years of experience in multinational companies, especially in the areas of Demand Planning, Logistics and in recent years in the Sales area.

And they met Alfredo Sacristán, owner of La Chinata at Plaza Norte 2: "He gave us his great knowledge and support to be able to carry out the opening of the store," they point out. These circumstances, added to their passion for Olive Oil, as well as the quality of the products and that it is a Spanish company, were the triggers for embarking on this journey as owners of a La Chinata Oleoteca.
"Other important attributes were the large catalog of products, its gourmet design and the confidence that the brand projects to its customers through its extensive experience in the Olive Oil process," they add.

Their Oleoteca was inaugurated a little over a month ago and they value this process as positive: "The residents of the neighborhood are quite happy to be able to have a La Chinata store so close and the Shopping Center is receiving satisfactory comments so far," they declare.
Its location was not chosen at random either: "We chose the Plaza Río 2 Shopping Center as it is strategically located, in the heart of the area rehabilitated by the urban operation to bury the M-30 'Madrid Río', in front of the Matadero cultural space in Madrid , with unbeatable access and public transport in the area”, they say.
As a personal weakness, they adore truffle products: "They are sensational and the EVOO Caviar is genius."
In the same way, Ivonne and Enrique highlight the good quality/price ratio of La Chinata: "I think that customers who are looking for gourmet or cosmetic products know that they are going to pay extra for quality, but not at exorbitant prices, in this We must pay special attention to this aspect in order to know how to explain to the customer the benefits of the product they wish to purchase", they point out and point out "trust" as a value to be projected to their customers.
