For your fish dishes, accompany them with the White Wine La Chinata, is a semi-sweet needle from the vineyards located in the Tierra de Barros area, the most outstanding in Extremadura thanks to its fertile and clayey soils, with vineyards between 10 and 40 years old.

And to toast, the Cava La Chinata, a high-quality semi-dry sparkling wine from the only municipality of Extremadura with the Designation of Origin of Cava, Almendralejo, where it is produced by the traditional method and aged for 14 months. It is made with the Macabeo grape variety, which provides sweetness and perfume, as well as the Parellada variety, which stands out for its finesse, freshness and aroma.
