La Chinata Single-variety Picual is the juice of olives of Picual variety, mainly found on the region of Andalusia, especially in the provinces of Jaen, Granada, Cordoba and Seville. In this area, we harvest only those fruits that have the properties we think are fundamental to obtain an Extra Virgin of very high quality.

Olives are harvested early, which allows us to produce a higher quality EVOO and thus guarantee the preservation of its organoleptic properties.

Only through this selection system, we can guarantee to our customers an Extra Virgin Olive Oil whose quality is completely assured.

DESCRIPTION

This variety is very rich in oleic acid, which is very beneficial for reducing the risk of cardiovascular and liver diseases, as well as a large quantity of natural antioxidants and an excellent composition of fatty acids.

It is a very strong and full-bodied EVOO, with hints of wood, banana and freshly cut grass. Its flavour is slightly bitter and spicy and its aroma reminds of fruity herbs. It can withstand high temperatures very well, so it is perfect for fried chicken, vegetables or fish.
