Modena Balsamic Vinegar
La Chinata Modena Balsamic Vinegar is the result of a careful selection of the best raw materials from the Italian province of Modena (Emilia Romagna Region) and an preparation according to the quality status brought by the PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) seal.
This vinegar is made of grape juice from different vines: Lambruschi, Sanviovese, Trebbiani and Albana among others. Time and noble woods produce an exclusive vinegar with a special aroma for roasts and aromatic salads.
Its unique flavour is perfect for dressings, marinades, salads and vinaigrettes and is suitable for coeliacs.
