La Chinata Mango Jam with Cava is handcrafted with a selection of exquisite mangoes and our own Cava.
The jam texture is thick yet light, with a fruity and very soft flavour and a very balanced cava touch. In addition, it does not contain alcohol, as it evaporates during the manufacturing process.
More than 50% of this jam content is fruit. It is perfect for breakfast and as a snack, as well as to mix it with one of our meat pâtés, cheese, or to prepare desserts.

Mango (48.5%), sugar, cava (21.8%) (sulphites), gelling (pectin, garrofin gum), acidulant (citric acid).

Store in a cool and dry place. Keep away from ligt and heat sources. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use by 30 days.
