Nave Trinidad is a friendly gateway to biologically ageing. It is a medium-aged Manzanilla, about four years old, very rich and balanced, suggestive and flavourful within its joyful age.

It has a golden colour. On the nose, it is intense and sharp. Green apple aromas stand out. On the palate, it is fresh and unctuous; very tasty, with lactic background and aftertaste of dried fruits.

It pairs very well with appetisers and fried fish.

The recommended serving temperature is between 7º and 10ºC.

Some of them have been used for the first fill of La Nave Trinidad, others have been enclosed into winebags so that they acquire their own character for the future. This wine is bottled 'en rama', unfiltered.
