Vineyard and elaboration
This wine has been produced from different biologically-aged wines, especially from a selection of winebags of Bodega El Toro, where the solera La Trinidad is located. After numeorus trials and once identified the desired character, 36 winebagsof the foundational winery were selected for this new solera. Some of them have been used for the first fill of La Nave Trinidad, others have been enclosed into winebags so that they acquire their own character for the future. This wine is bottled 'en rama', unfiltered.
Winery
Barbadillo surname dates back to 1821. It is a centenary winery yet with future. This winery has 17 ageing cellars in Sanlúcar de Barrameda and a plant of white and red grapes wine production. That is why Bodegas Barbadillo is one of the biggest wineries of the Sherry Triangle.
