Himalayan Salts in Alternative Gastronomy magazine

Alternative Gastronomy, prestigious Digital Magazine of Gastronomy and Oenology directed by the renowned journalist Michael Sen, has published an article related to the range of Seasoned Himalayan salts from La Chinata.

 

The article comments that “increases their gastronomic uses, as they are ideal as a seasoning for multiple dishes, from fish, shellfish, to grilled meats, barbecues, roasts, vegetables, pastas and salads.
