In this new issue you will find fresh recipes for summer such as smoothies or cold creams made with seasonal products, as well as pasta recipes with our new Macaroni with Olive flour.

We will also take a tour of the basics to protect our skin from the sun this summer and keep it hydrated.

In the same way, we will learn to do a tasting of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and to differentiate its qualities.

And we will get to know a new product, Bajo Cero Oil, kept at minus 18 degrees, which allows slowing down the oxidative process and preserving the organoleptic attributes of a fresh EVOO for longer without losing qualities, to taste an Extra Virgin Olive Oil as recently made, with the first olives of the harvest, throughout the year.

In this edition we will take a walk through Plasencia and we will know its most emblematic corners and we will travel to the Oleotecas of the Plaza Norte 2 and Plaza Río 2 shopping centers in Madrid, as well as to Norway, to discover who is behind it and what motivates them to open the doors of their establishments every day.
