EDITORIAL

We say goodbye to summer but we return with more energy and motivation if possible. And it is that the summer has flown by but we have not stopped for a single moment to be able to add new products to our shelves, such as the new Aloe Vera Juice, Olive Leaf Extract, Ginger and Maca, the new Roll-On Deodorant with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, jojoba and tea tree without antiperspirant agents or aluminum. As well as the new Relaxing Mist, the Duck Rillettes and the Onion Seasoning. And of course, without losing sight of new national and international expansion projects, such as the recent inauguration of the La Chinata Oil Library in Bratislava, which we tell you about in detail on our back cover.

It is undeniable that sometimes it is difficult to say goodbye to the summer season, but the truth is that there are places for which summer is just the prelude to something much better, as is the case of Valle de Ambroz, located in the province of Cáceres, north of Extremadura. In autumn, it spreads its wings with an extensive cultural program under the name of 'Magic Autumn in the Ambroz Valley', which has earned recognition as a Festival of National Tourist Interest. A way to bring locals and tourists closer to its great cultural, historical and heritage wealth, as well as the great natural resources offered by its forests. A whole display of sensations to publicize its traditions, its nature, gastronomy and culture. An unavoidable date.

In the same way, in September Extremadura enthusiastically lives its wine cultural tradition through the Harvest. With this, in the south of Extremadura, mainly in the province of Badajoz, numerous festive and cultural activities are held to make the winemaking tradition of the area known to the world and to recognize the value of the grape harvest and wine in local gastronomy. For this reason, the harvest is accompanied by the Harvest Festival, especially in the Tierra de Barros area, a festival declared of Regional Tourist Interest with its own Ribera del Guadiana Designation of Origin, as well as with the Cava Designation of Origin, specifically Located in the Almendralejo area. The quality of its wines speaks for itself and in La Chinata it could not be missing in our section of spirits with the Extremaduran stamp.

In this edition we dedicate a space to the labor and social inclusion of people with disabilities in the hands of the President of the Placeat Foundation and the Placeat Plena Inclusion association, Francisco de Jesús Valverde Luengo, who tells us about the actions of the organization and its the great struggle for universal accessibility.

On these pages you will also find some tips to release stress without leaving home with a recommendation of products that will become essential for your relaxation sessions.

And we traveled to Coruña to visit the La Chinata Oleoteca located on Calle de la Fama no 1 to speak with María Pereira, its owner, a lover of La Chinata products who has been running the business for three years.

We hope you enjoy reading our VII edition of La Chinata magazine.
