La Chinata and Pastoret yoghurts combined in a scrumptious recipe with this yoghurt ice cream!

The delicious Pastoret yogurts, masters in the artisan production of dairy products, and La Chinata, come together in this delicious frozen yogurt perfect for summer that will make your mouth water!

YOGURT ICE CREAM INGREDIENTS

• 500 g of yogurt Greek style Pastoret
• 80 g cane sugar
• 20 ml of EVOO La Chinata
• Zest of ½ lemon

PROCEDURE

1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. 
2. Place the mixture in an ice cream maker and beat for 15 minutes or according to the manufacturer's suggestion. Pour the ice cream into a freezer-safe mold and freeze at least 1 hour before serving.
3. Serve with a splash of EVOO La Chinata.
