He Vigo Bay Hotel hosted on Thursday, October 25, the presentation of the book “The Recipes of Our Restaurants”, an appointment in which he was present the oil library La Chinata Vigo and which was attended by nearly half a thousand guests. The publication has been written by the famous gastronomic journalist Pepe Cadavedo, who directs two spaces specialized in Onda Cero and Televigo, with whom Miro Carballo, manager of the Oleoteca, regularly collaborates, along with other personalities such as the journalist Ramón Sánchez Ocaña and the former councilor from Vigo Llano de la Concha.
In addition to the official launch of the aforementioned publication, the event hosted a venue where various companies, including the Oleoteca La Chinata Vigo, showed their products to the audience. According to Miro himself "ldrew attention in the tasting of oils, blends and seasonings"In addition, to the surprises of the guests, Carballo presented more than two kilos of Manzanilla Cacereña black olives seasoned with a secret and personal formula that "It turned out to be a delight only compared to the barnacles of the Vigo estuary” in his own words.
