The Acorn-Fed Ibérico Ham has a golden and pinkish fat, soft and unctuous, which melts on your mouth.
In addition, the flesh has a deep red pinkish colour. Its flavour is unique and unmatched, very soft and aromatic with a whole range of nuances.
It naturally contains oleic acid, which comes from the acorns given to these Iberian pigs.
La Chinata Acorn-Fed Iberico Han comes in a delicate case, manually and finelly sliced with a knife, and placed in a spiral desing ready to be plated.
