This infusion is a combination of Olive Leaf, Rooibos and Lemon Balm. Olive leaf is well known for its  immune system strengthening properties, for controlling blood pressure and arthritis, as well as for preventing neurodegenerative diseases.

Similarly, Rooibos has become very popular because it is the only known source of aspalathin, a potent antioxidant that could play an important role in the fight against various diseases. At the same time, it helps with digestive and intestinal disorders and is a good ally for bones and teeth due to its calcium, magnesium and fluoride content, as well as for weight loss, treating skin conditions and fighting free radicals, thus acting against ageing.

Lemon balm has relaxing properties so as to prevent anxiety and nervousness, balance the nervous system and help control blood pressure.

It is recommended to heat the water and when it is about to boil, pour it into a cup and introduce the pyramid-shaped tea bag, cover and leave to sit for 3 to 5 minutes. To sweeten, we recommend using La Chinata Flower or Orange Blossom honey instead of sugar, in order to create a healthier drink and increase energy and vitamin intake. It can also be left to cool and drunk with ice as a soft drink.

    Destaca una caja amplia y con buenos materiales, aunque encarece el precio.
    No me gusta el sabor del Rooibos, así que la infusión no me ha gustado especialmente, pero es una infusión suave y agradable al gusto.
