La Chinata Iberian Pork pâté with cherry, made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, is the perfect product to eat spread on bread or with our regañás as a snack, as well as to add it to sauce or a recipe.

It is a gourmet pâté with an intense yet slightly sweet flavour, thanks to the touch of handpicked cherries from Valle del Jerte to guarantee is their freshness and quality. It is an exceptional combination that adds texture and taste to a lot of dishes and stews, specially beef and lamb meat stews.

We recommend serving the pâté slightly chilled if it is going to be eat spread on bread to enhance all the nuances in your mouth. It combines perfectly with our La Chinata red wine.
