Iberian Pork Jowls
The Iberian pork jowl comes cured and sliced ready to serve. It comes from a piece obtained from the lower part of the head and in this case comes exclusively from the head’s mid section. It differs from other bacon especially because it has a thin marbling of meat. This piece has become increasingly popular in recent years and has an exquisite texture and flavour.
It is perfect for snacking or as a starter and it pairs very well with red wines such as Cepas El Raposo.
