In La Chinata, he have made our own version with EVOO. In addition, we have added oat flakes, almonds, lemon zest, pink Himalayan salt… It does sound good, doesn’t it? It surely tastes better.

Eating ideas

The best way to eat it is with yogurt, milk or plant-based drink, or in a smoothie. It is perfect for breakfast, due to its energy contribution, as well as for an afternoon snack.

It is also a healthy snack to eat between meals or to add to salads, meats or carpaccios; in bakery as well or to eat before or after doing some sport, as it is very nutritive.

Mix it with nuts!

Why not mixing it with our Roasted Pistachios with EVOO, Honey and Paprika, so as to get B6 and E vitamins, zinc, potassium and phosphorus, as well as magnesium, iron and calcium. You can also mix it with Roasted Almonds with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Rosemary and Smoked Paprika and Roasted Cashew with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Truffle and Smoked Paprika.
