How to use
The best way to eat it is with yogurt, milk or vegetable drinks, or in a smoothie. It is perfect for breakfast, due to its energy contribution, as well as for an afternoon snack.
It is also a healthy snack to eat between meals or to add to salads, meats or carpaccios.
And of course, in bakery as well, or to eat before or after doing some sport, as it is very nutritive.
Mix it with nuts!
Why not mixing it with our Roasted Pistachios with EVOO, Honey and Paprika, so as to get B6 and E vitamins, zinc, potassium and phosphorus, as well as magnesium, iron and calcium.
You can also mix it with our Roasted Almonds and our Roasted Cashew nuts.
