Fleur de Sel
La Chinata Fleur de Sel is obtained through sea water evaporation following a non-industrial elaboration process. It is a very used gourmet product in high cuisine as it boasts food flavours and comes in irregular and crunchy grains.
We recommend using it at the end of dish preparation, even once dishes are served. Use mainly in salads, grilled meats, fish and vegetable dishes. It is not necessary to use a big amount of salt as it is pure and dissolves easily in food juices or even inside the mouth.
