La Chinata Fig Pulp Vinegar is a unique product to dress our dishes, and it has a great number of nutritional properties.
It is made with a selection of first quality figs to guarantee its flavour and qualities. It is ideal to enhance our fruit salads, salads, cheese, fish, meat or vegetables’ flavour.
Its texture is dense and its flavour is a mixture of sweet and acid.
Alcohol vinegar (43%), fig puree (40%) (fig pulp (89.8%), sugar, antioxidant (ascorbic acid)), sugar, stabilizer (E-414) (sulphites), preservative (potassium metabisulphite) (sulphites).

Store in a cool and dry place. Keep away from light and heat sources. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use by 3 months.
