Asturian “Fabada” Bean Stew with EVOO
The Asturian "Fabada" is an icon in Spanish gastronomy and La Chinata wanted to cook this dish with its most traditional stew.
To do so, it has used authentic Asturian beans and a combination of top quality chorizo and Iberian bacon, together with black pudding and EVOO from our own harvest. The result is a delicious gourmet dish of the most popular gastronomy that preserves its authentic aroma and flavour and which you can enjoy just by heating it for a few minutes. Asturian Fabes IGP (41%), water, Iberian chorizo (6%) (Iberian pork lean, Iberian pork bacon, salt, paprika, spices, dextrose, antioxidant (E-301), collagen gut), Iberian pork bacon (4%), smoked sausage (3.4%) (pork bacon, pork, pork blood, onion, potato starch, antioxidant (E-331, E-301)), extra virgin olive oil, garlic, onion, salt, spices, smoke aroma.

Water bath: heat without opening the container for 15 minutes and let sit. When opening, help yourself with a cloth to avoid splashing.
Microwave: Empty the content into a microwave-safe container and heat for approximately 3 minutes at full power.
Stove: empty the content into a casserole and heat slowly.
Store in a cool and dry place. Keep away from light and heat sources. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use immediately.
