It is made from Picual olives juice, mainly typical of Andalusia, especially of the provinces of Jaen, Granada, Cordoba and Seville. In this area, we harvest only those fruits that have the properties we think are essential to obtain a high quality Extra Virgin olive oil.
Olives are harvested early, which allows us to produce a higher quality EVOO and thus guarantee the preservation of its organoleptic properties.
Only through this selection system, we can guarantee to our customers an Extra Virgin Olive Oil whose quality is completely assured.
This variety is rich in oleic acid, which helps reduce the risk of cardiovascular and liver diseases, as well as a lot of natural antioxidants and an excellent composition of fatty acids. It is a very strong and full-bodied EVOO, with hints of wood, banana and freshly cut grass. Its flavour is slightly bitter and spicy and its aroma reminds of fruity herbs.
It is an EVOO that withstands high temperatures very well, so it is perfect to fry chicken, vegetables or fish.
