Olives are harvested early, which allows us to produce a higher quality EVOO and thus guarantee the preservation of its organoleptic properties.
Only through this selection system, we can guarantee to our customers an Extra Virgin Olive Oil whose quality is completely assured.
The Hojiblanca La Chinata oil is known for its vegetal flavour with sweet touches in the beginning, leaving a slightly burning taste and a final almond aftertaste. Likewise, its aroma reminds of fresh fruit, freshly cut grass, and white flowers.
It is the perfect EVOO variety for blue fish such as tuna or salmon, as well as for meat or fish carpaccios.
