How is it used?
It is perfect for eggs, potatoes, meat and fish. Also for pasta, salads and stews.
How is it obtained?
First, the peppers are carefully selected and dried in the traditional way in drying rooms with smoke from oak or holm oak wood for 10 or 15 days. They are turned manually to achieve uniform drying.
After all this process, it is crushed into small flakes.
