Warm chestnut salad

We offer you an autumnal recipe for a warm salad with chestnuts, ideal for lunch or for dinner, alone or with someone... An authentic delicatessen for the senses.

WARM SALAD INGREDIENTS:

WARM SALAD PREPARATION:

1. Wash and dry the lettuce and place in a bowl.

2. Cut the cherry tomatoes and grate the carrots.
We mix everything together.

3. We make a small vinaigrette and leave reserved.

4. We saute the previously cooked chestnuts with a little of the cream cheese for a few seconds. Only so that it takes aroma and color.

5. Mix the salad with the vinaigrette and place the chestnuts with the sautéed cheese on it.

An easy-to-make recipe that you can prepare even with the help of the little ones in the house that they will surely be excited about making and then eating.
