Macaroni Salad with Olive Flour and Vegetables

Did you know that we are pioneers in the creation of pasta with the Olive Flour with which we make our Organic Macaroni?

These delicious Macaroni with Olive Flour are our particular gourmet and organic version of the traditional pasta. Made with a 95% durum wheat semolina of organic origin and with a 5% Olive Seed Flour.

The result is a unique flavor and a great nutritional contribution from the best organic flour to which we add all the properties of olive seeds.

Macarrones con harina de aceituna

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams of Macaroni with olive flour La Chinata
  • 50 g crumbled feta cheese
  • 6 radishes, sliced
  • a handful of radicchio
  • A handful of red cabbage
  • 2 apricots
  • A handful of mint leaves
  • A splash of EVOO La Chinata

ELABORATION 

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, remove the water and let cool. 
  2. Cut the vegetables and apricots and mix with the pasta. Season with EVOO and Salt La Chinata.
