Christmas salad with pasta and eels with Sherry Vinegar and Himalayan Salt La Chinata

The specialized gastronomic blog, Ole your stove, gives us one of his latest bets for this festive period, it is a “Christmas salad with pasta and baby eels”, a composition that according to its own creator "perfect as a starter for these Christmas dinners that await us, despite all attempts to make the recipes light... and then not having to promise ourselves subsistence allowance in January”.

With a preparation time of less than half an hour, the recipe includes among its ingredients the Reserva Sherry Vinegar and Seasoned Himalayan Salt from La Chinata, the rest of the components are 100 grams of multicolored pasta, 100 grams of lamb's lettuce, 1 carrot, 1 red onion, 6 cherry tomatoes, 2 garlic and paprikano.
