La Chinata 'En Rama' EVOO is an unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil, extremely natural, resulting from the first cold pressure of selected olives and at their optimum ripeness stage. It keeps all its properties intact and it is bottled as it comes from the oil mill.
It is bottled at the very moment it is obtained from the oil mill, so it is characterized by its opacity (a natural veil) that can produce a slight deposit at the bottom of the bottle when poured, which does not alter its flavour or organoleptic qualities.
It keeps intact all its properties, vitamins and natural polyphenols. Therefore, we obtain, an incomparable oil due to its quality and purity. The essence of the fruit is well kept in this EVOO as the particles of olive flesh are still suspended, giving it a more pure and fruity flavor.
The slight deposit at the bottom of the bottle, formed by decanted olive particles, guarantees the character and brilliance of La Chinata 'En Rama' EVOO. These virtues make it an ideal EVOO to use raw (in salads, vegetables, cooked fish, carpaccio, toasts, etc.).
La Chinata 'En Rama' EVOO comes in opaque glass bottles so as to protect ir from sunlight, one of the greatest threats for its preservation and properties.
Once the bottle is opened, you should use it as soon as possible so as to completely notice its characteristics and avoid oxidation.
