El Abuelo White Goat Cheese
El Abuelo White Goat Cheese is produced in an artisan way by Quesos el Casar, in the province of Cáceres. It won the Bronze Medal at Capraespaña International 2017. It is made with fresh milk that provides a sweet and intense flavour typical of traditional white cheeses, unlike industrial ones.
This fresh cheese is ideal, as it combines with salads, as a dessert with quince jelly, with jams, fruits, etc. It is also a perfect ingredient for pies, pasta dishes, croquettes, sauces or pizzas.
