Cured Goat Cheese Hard Rim with Paprika ‘Silva Cordero’ is made by this Extremaduran cheese factory, a family business dedicated to the production of artisan cheeses located in Acehúche, in the province of Cáceres, which has received numerous national and international awards thanks to the quality of its products.

This product is the traditional Aceúche’s Goat Cheese with La Vera Paprika, made with raw goat milk. It has a firm and creamy texture and it has a slightly salty, bitter and spicy, mild acid flavour.

It is intense and persistent in the mouth, with an elegant acidity that emerges at the beginning. In very mature cheeses, a slight spiciness also appears with a certain degree of intensity and persistence, without being too aggressive. It is also very buttery on the palate with very developed aromas and very persistent in the mouth with a strong aftertaste.

Its rind is peppery and slightly rough. Inside, you will find a white to ivory-colored paste, as well as a uniform and compact structure without cracks.

It has a medium-high intensity smell.
