This is a handcrafted work made by the house Pallarès, a Spanish company that has been making handcrafted knives since 1917.

Their knives are characterized by their traditional manufacture, the quality of the materials used and their excellent cut, since each one is manually manufactured and sharpened by master craftsmen.
