Almudena Garcia Ruiz surprises us today with an appetizing and striking "Teaspoon with Quail Egg and Fritada from La Chinata”, a composition for all budgets that according to the author herself represents a touch of “originality in the mixture of sweet and salty flavours”.

For its preparation, he has used our fried pepper and caramelized onion, spoon-shaped tartlets, quail eggs, oil and salt.

The author acknowledges that "since December, the month in which a friend opened a La Chinata store in Zaragoza, I have been discovering your products."
