Vegetable crudités with aioli hummus and oil seasoned with lemon

  1. Mix the cooked chickpeas with half a tablespoon of cumin, a pinch of Salt with La Chinata Paprika and Alioli with La Chinata EVOO to taste.
  2. Then add a splash of Lemon Seasoning and beat. We must beat until we get a creamy and uniform texture.
  3. To present, add a pinch of Salt with La Chinata Paprika on top and a dash of Lemon Seasoning.
