Squid croquettes with La Chinata Tomato Pulp Vinegar

The blogger Silvia Fernández has just published on her gastronomic blog “Playing Kitchens” an original recipe of “Squid Croquettes with Tomato Pulp Vinegar La Chinata”, a composition that supposes, according to his own words, “a different and very cheap snack, just what is sometimes needed to look good at a reasonable price”.

As an accompaniment, he suggests a singular dressing for which “You just have to beat the fresh parsley (it is important that it is fresh and not dry) and the garlic clove with the extra virgin olive oil and a little bit of this delicious Vinegar with tomato pulp, we finish off with a pinch of salt and we get an idea dressinghe”.
