The Cherry Flavoured Balsamic Cream is the perfect dressing to give a sweet and intense touch to salads, fruits, ice cream or desserts.
This vinegar is made with a selection of top quality cherries, following a traditional process and it is perfect to enhance traditional dishes.
Its flavour is quite intense, so some drops will be enough to enhance the dishes.
INGREDIENTS
Balsamic vinegar of modena IGP (70%) (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, colouring (candy)) (sulfites), sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, thickener (modified starch, xanthan gum), aroma.
Nutrition Facts per 100g: Calories 811 kJ/191 kcal, Total fat 0g, Saturated fat 0g, Carbohydrates 45g, Sugar 41g, Protein 0g, Salt 0.1g.
Store in a cool dry place. Keep away from light and heat sources. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 months.
