Spelt and Chocolate Cookies
La Chinata Spelt nd Chocolate Cookies are a healthier version of our traditional La Chinata sweets.
Once again, they stand out for their simplicity and their selection of ingredients, including La Chinata EVOO, cane sugar, chocolate chips and wholemeal spelt flour.
Spelt is considered to be the origin of all current wheat varieties, and boasts abput its excellent nutritional qualities. That is why it is being increasingly used in today's gastronomy, despite the fact that it has been with us for centuries.
It has an intense flavour with a crunchy texture and a soft toasted aroma which, together with chocolate chips, makes it ideal to combine with our La Chinata infusions, as well as hot chocolate or coffee.
Whole spelt flour (51%), cane sugar, chocolate (49.3%) (cocoa paste, cane sugar, soy lecithin), extra virgin olive oil, gasifying (ammonic bicarbonate). Contains Gluten and Soy.
