Marinated Quails with EVOO is a traditionally-made dish, cooked following the original recipe and simmered.
You won't have to bone this small and bony piece of poultry to enjoy it, we do it for you.
With no preservatives nor colourants, quail is marinated with water, wine vinegar, EVOO, purple garlic, salt and natural spices.
It is a gourmet product with which you can surprise by making a delicious and unique salad just by opening a jar and adding some green sprouts, nuts and a good seasoning with a wide range of vinegars.
Serving at room temperature is recommended. Once opened, use by 48 hours.

Boneless quail (60%), water, wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil (5%), purple garlic (0,6%), salt, black pepper (0,1%), bay leaf (0,05%).
