Easy cooking: Red mullets with green olive pâté emulsion and candied asparagus

Don't know what to do to eat? For those who like to eat but not so much cook, we propose an easy, fast and very healthy red mullet recipe that will undoubtedly leave you speechless. Take note and go heating the pan that we started!

 

INGREDIENTS MULLET

ELABORATION OF RED MULLET

  1. In a suitable container and with the help of the blender, we emulsify the green olive pate with the extra virgin olive oil La Chinata until you get a homogeneous sauce.
  2. On the other hand, in a frying pan with a little oil, we will mark the whole red mullet on both sides and, in the same frying pan, taking advantage of the flavor of the fish, we will heat the wild asparagus.
  3. As a garnish, we can accompany this dish with some boiled potatoes and some rocket or lamb's lettuce sprouts to give it a fresher touch.
