Our Acorn-Fed Ibérico Chorizo has a bright red look, mixed with white and pink, because of the arbitrarly-distributed fat, typical of artisanal processes. In the same way, it has a very delicate cut due to minced quality for the same reason: its traditional elaboration.
Its texture is unctuous and its flavour is soft, intense and fresh, with a sweet and salty touch that persists on the palate. It has also a subtle and firm aroma of meat, spices and smoked ingredients, and a perfect balance of both salt as spiciness.
This Acorn-Fed Ibérico Chorizo naturally contains oleic acid, the very same of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, which comes from the acorns given to Iberian pigs as food.
La Chinata Acorn-Fed Iberico Chorizo comes in a delicate case, manually and finelly sliced with a knife, and placed in a spiral desing ready to be plated.
