Iberian Head Chorizo

Iberian Head Chorizo is made with a selection of meat from Iberian porks, raised in Extremadura pastures. Curing takes place for 10 days and it is stuffed into natural tripes. It is a tasty piece, perfect for making dishes.
It can be used for a lot of traditional recipes such as lentils, chickpea stew, bean stew... as well as pasta, omelettes and potatoes. It pairs very well with red wines like Cepas Red Wine y con la Olive Flavoured Craft Beer 330 ml.
Ingredients: Lean iberian pork, pig´s blood, salt, paprika de la Vera, garlic, oregano.
