‘Chilli’ Sea Salt Flakes
La Chinata ‘Chilli’ Sea Salt Flakes is a gourmet product made in Spain and widely used as a healthier alternative to refined salt, especially in haute cuisine. This variety is combined with chilli, which gives a slightly spicy aftertaste in each bite and makes it ideal for meats, fish, pasta, rice and vegetables, and gives a more intense flavour to dishes, making them unique.
This salt is made following a non-industrial process, characterized by being slower and manual, and free of additives. This salt has a crunchy texture and softer flavour than the common one, so it is more difficult to overdo salt in dishes.
