Cebo de Campo Iberian Sausages
Iberian Pork Sausages are traditionally made with meat from different pig’s parts.
In order to cook it, we suggest taking it out of the fridge two hours before, breaking the seal so that it achieves room temperature. If you have frozen it, it is better to let it defrost in the fridge 24 hours before.
Sausages can be prepared in various ways, like following the classical recipe with wine or with beer such as our Olive Flavoured Craft Beer 330 ml, among other dishes. They are also perfect for grilling and barbacues.
They can be combines with our vegetables like Caramelised Onion with Sherry Vinegar or Roasted Peppers in Syrup or Piquillo Peppers in Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
