Made from 100% palomino grapes, a variety that has perfectly adapted to the environmental and climatic characteristics of the Andalusian regions, capable of conserving very well the little water that falls during the year in these lands. Produced in the traditional way using the soleras and criaderas system, using aged American oak barrels, between 400 and 600 litres in capacity, arranged at different heights, making the wine authentic and unique.
Cayetano del Pino y Cía Winery
This winery, with a long history behind it, was founded in 1886 in Jerez de la Frontera. Years later, after the wineries were moved to the most important production areas, new facilities were created which became very important and at that time it employed one hundred and fifty workers.
After several decades and due to certain difficulties in the sector, the winery had to close its doors, although in the long term, this proved to be positive for the del Pino family, as this time was used to age and mature the wines, producing excellent wines.
Their wines are the result of the artisanal ageing and winemaking processes carried out according to the best traditions of Jerez wines, which the new generations try to preserve by adjusting to the new times, but always keeping their essence.
