It is a D.O. Cava from Almendralejo, the only town in Extremadura with the Cava Designation of Origin. This a cava has a great balance between freshness and volume, with creamy fruit. It is made with the Macabeo and Parellada varieties. It is full of nuances.
It pairs very well with cold meats, seafood and fish, including tuna tataki and tuna tartar. It also combines well with fruit such as strawberries.
It has a pale yellow colour with greenish reflections and small bubbles. On the nose it has aromas of fresh fruit such as green apple and pineapple with hints of almond and on the palate it is full and polished with a dry aftertaste.
Recommended serving temperature is 5ºC to 6ºC.
