"Cancer is the same for all, but we are not all the same in the face of cancer": under this premise and on the occasion of World Cancer Day, celebrated on February 4, La Chinata wants to do its bit and collaborate with the Spanish Association Against Cancer.
How? By launching a special edition of the iconic olive-shaped bottle of Manzanilla Cacereña EVOO, which will be available for a whole year. This collaboration will raise funds to support the association in research projects, meeting patients and families living with this disease's needs, as well as carrying out prevention actions, among others.

The Spanish Association Against Cancer is currently fighting so that everyone can enjoy the same opportunities to prevent cancer; so that everyone has the same right to access treatment, research and help; and so that differences relating this disease are finally put to an end.

The association highlights the following:
- Depending on where you live, access to a colorectal screening program considerably varies.
- Only half of the Autonomous Regions have regulations regarding smoke-free areas. Nearly 43% of children under 12 are exposed to tobacco smoke in public areas.
- More than 90% of the Autonomous Regions have no or insufficient specialized psychological care.

Olive-shaped bottle
Even if the packaging is very original, what surprises the most is its content, a limited edition Manzanilla Cacereña Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
This unique bottle takes us on a journey to our olive grove in Sierra de Gata (Cáceres, Extremadura) and its top variety, the Manzanilla Cacereña.
The early-harvested olives are handselected one by one during the first days of the season. Then, olives are cold pressed in the first 24 hours after harvesting and undergo a natural decantation process. This oil is elaborated without being filtered in order to preserve all its natural aromas and flavours. The resulting product is an EVOO of excellent quality.
