Black Sea Salt
La Chinata Black Sea Salt is made with a blend of fine fleur du sel crystals with squid ink. The result is the crunchy and salty taste of blackish crystals, with a sweet touch from the ink.
Its elaboration process is very delicate. That is why it is considered a gourmet salt, given its difficult production.
Black Sea Salt has a multitude of culinary utilities. It is perfect for white fish in all its ways, molluscs, rice, pasta, sauces, breads, seafood and, of course, dish decoration.
