They are crunchy and light and they are made following the traditional recipe with wheat flour and our Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour (90%), water, yeast, extra virgin olive oil (0,5%), sea salt.
Nutrition facts per 100g of product: calories 979 kJ/234 kcal, Total fat 0,8g (saturated fat 0,1g), carbohydrates 48,5g (sugars 0,5g), protein 6,8g, salt 0,4g.
Store in a cool and dry place. Keep away from direct light. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use by 14 days.
