Our Pizza Dough with Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made with ingredients of natural origin and in an artisanal way through a slow fermentation process between 48 to 72 hours.
With a fine and crunchy texture, this homemade pizza dough fulfills what it promises: to be a spongy product on the inside while being crunchy on the outside. In addition, it is easy to digest thanks to the fact that it is made with wheat and rice flour.
This Pizza Dough with Extra Virgin Olive Oil is ready to bake and combines perfectly with our canned veggies such as our Funghi Porcini in Extra Virgin Olive Oil or our Caramelised Onion with Sherry Vinegar
INGREDIENTS
Strong wheat flour, rice flour, water, salt, extra virgin olive oil (1,2%), malt vinegar, brewer's yeast, preservative (E200), aroma. It may contain traces of lactose and soya.
Nutrition facts per 100g of product: Calories 998kj/236 Kcal, Total Fat 2.2g (Saturated Fat 0.5g), Carbohydrates 45.2g ( Total Sugars: 0.8g), Dietary Fibre: 1.9g, Protein 7.9g, Salt 1.42g.
Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use by 2 days.

How to cook the Pizza Dough with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Preheat the oven at 250ºC.
- Remove the product from the package and season to taste.
- Put the dough on the oven rack and bake for approximately 5 minutes.
Each package contains two pizza doughs of 250 gr each.
